Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after purchase. Processing time does not include shipping time.
During high-volume drops, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly.
International Shipping
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
